Planting seeds to Nourish, to Flourish, to Bloom

The Women of the 100 is a diverse sector of the 100 Black Men of West Texas. The women are like-minded leaders and professionals dedicated to helping provide resources necessary for the personal growth and successful future of young women and girls in the Lubbock community. Our goal is to influence and empower them with the ability to reach their full potential through mentorship and community engagement. 
 

Our Mission

Women of the 100 live by the mission statement... 

The Women of the 100 are committed to empowering young girls and women through the pillars of volunteerism, mentoring, sisterhood, and servant leadership.  We strive to make a lasting impact by pouring into others, cultivating meaningful relationships, and equipping women with the tools to reach their fullest potential.


Our Commitment

We are a diverse network of like-minded leaders and professionals dedicated to uplifting one another and the next generation. Through mentoring, acts of service, and the strength of sisterhood, the Women of the 100 create spaces where women feel supported, equipped, and empowered to lead with purpose and leave a legacy of impact.

 

Our Motto

The running motto for Women of the 100 is..."Planting seeds to nourish, to flourish, to BLOOM"
